BRIEF
Angela Mulligan is a life coach who guides individuals through big chapter changes in their lives.
We worked together to develop a cohesive brand identity, message, and look + feel as she entered a saturated market place.
Methods.
WORKSHOPPING
Brand identity workshops assisted in the formation of mission, vision, voice, and values present through her web presence.
QUALITATIVE INTERVIEWS
Having the point of view about previous client experience provided more authentic of messaging.
IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT
Other tools like personas, SWOT analysis, white space mapping also assisted in guiding brand direction.
TOOLS.
The initial kick-off brand identity workshop carved the way for the discovery phase, informing future brand and messaging strategy.
Transcribe tool, otter.ai, was used to transcribe all user interviews, aiding in insight synthesis based on previous client feedback.
LEARNINGS.
New life coaches pop up left and right in the US. In a saturated market, standing out is imperative when you, yourself, are your brand.
By deeply understanding your audience, you can speak directly to them in an effective, authentic that deeply resonates.
