Brief

Bunch.ai, a venture-backed early stage startup, gives instant insights about how your team communicates on Slack to help you build a healthy company culture.

I led all research, growth, conversion, and brand strategy as the product scaled to the US market.

Take a look at what Bunch.ai is up to here.

BRAND STRATEGY

By facilitating in-depth workshops, we surfaced stronger brand mission, vision, + values.

PERSONAS

Because we targeted a very specific user, we had to deeply understand who they were in and out.

USABILITY TESTING

Testing multiple concept iterations at once allowed us to bring a variety of feedback to designers/developers.

Usability edits

UI for the Team Effectiveness dashboard progress indicators was updated to incremental circles after hearing confusion around the previous percentage (%) progress indicators.

Team Ritual cards were developed also based on user feedback.

Synthesis

Airtable was used to gather and synthesize all findings and insights from brand perception interviews. This was extremely helpful when communicating necessary feedback to the designers and developers.
